Rethinking Undergraduate Business Education

Business education teachers are often the ‘go to’ teachers for technological innovation and advice. Therefore, the course uses a range of applications and digital platforms, and you will be supported to develop your own skills in using these with pupils. You will have the opportunity to undertake the Microsoft Innovative Educator and Apple Teacher awards on this course. This module will introduce the fundamental concepts of Organisational Behaviour and encourage students to develop an understanding of managing and developing people in a business context. The module will examine a range of theoretical approaches that will be used to help analyse and evaluate situations and issues relevant to behaviour within organisations.
